Tranche B Advance definition

Tranche B Advance means each Advance allocated to Tranche B pursuant to, and in accordance with, this Agreement.

Tranche B Advance means a borrowing hereunder (a) made available by the Tranche B Lenders on the same Borrowing Date or (b) converted or continued by the Tranche B Lenders on the same date of conversion or continuation, consisting, in either case, of the aggregate amount of the several Tranche B Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurocurrency Rate Loans, in the same Agreed Currency and for the same Interest Period.

Tranche B Advance means an advance by a Tranche B Lender to any Borrower as part of a Tranche B Borrowing and refers to a Base Rate Advance or a Eurocurrency Rate Advance (each of which shall be a “Type” of Tranche B Advance).

Examples of Tranche B Advance in a sentence

• The Company shall analyze the City’s needs and maintain an adequate supply of qualified personnel and required materials and supplies to meet these needs in order to avoid delays.

• No Tranche B Advance may be outstanding after the Tranche B Final Maturity Date.

• Each Tranche B Advance hereunder shall consist of Tranche B Loans made by the Tranche B Lenders ratably in accordance with their respective Pro Rata Shares.

More Definitions of Tranche B Advance

Tranche B Advance means an advance (as from time to time reduced by repayment in accordance with the terms hereof or the Common Terms Agreement) made or to be made by the Tranche B Facility Lenders under the Tranche B Facility.

Tranche B Advance has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(b).
