Tranche A Credit Facility definition

Tranche A Credit Facility means any tranche A credit facility under a bank credit facility.

Tranche A Credit Facility means up to US$324,384,000 in the aggregate in Loans that the Lender has agreed to provide to the Borrower pursuant to and on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
