Trailer Fee definition

Trailer Fee means a fee payable to registered dealers, in an amount equal to 1.0% per annum of the Subscription Price payable in respect of Series A Units, payable in arrears;
Trailer Fee means the fee paid by the Manager from time to time following the Closing in respect of Class A Units and Class C Units sold under this Offering, as more particularly described in the section entitled “Compensation Paid to Sellers and Finders”;
Trailer Fee means the 1% service fee paid to registered dealers by the Fund as described in ITEM 8 – Compensation to Dealers.

More Definitions of Trailer Fee

Trailer Fee means a fee payable by the Manager on behalf of the Trust, or where permissible, by the Trust itself, at its discretion to registered dealers or other parties permitted to receive same, in an amount up to 1.0% per annum (in respect of Series A-1 Units, Series A-2 Units and Series P-1 Units) or 0.75% per annum (in respect of Series P-2 Units) of the Subscription Price payable in arrears annually or in arrears on a schedule determined by the Manager;
