Tradesperson definition

Tradesperson. Any employee (including, without limitation, any mechanic, laborer, or Tradesperson) employed by a Contractor performing Tenant Work.
Tradesperson means a team member who is qualified to perform a trade and is engaged to perform that trade.
Tradesperson means any employee who has completed an apprenticeship or holds a relevant trade certificate or equivalent or, is otherwise appointed to any classification under this Award as at 1 September 1997.
