Trade Promotion shall include the allowances given to retailers, brokers, distributors, hospital buying groups, and the like for purchasing, promoting, and distribution of Licensed Products. This shall include purchasing, advertising, new distribution, and display allowances as well as free goods, wholesale allowances and field sales samples. To the extent multiple products are involved and some of such products are not Licensed Products, then such allowances shall be allocated on a pro rata basis based upon net sales of each respective product during the most recent quarter.
