Trade Debts definition
Trade Debts means amounts owing by way of trade credit in the ordinary course of trading as a result of goods or services supplied by a Group Company to a member of the Seller’s Group or vice versa and which are specifically identified on a schedule in Agreed Form prior to Completion; 88. More Definitions of Trade Debts
