Trade Debts definition

Trade Debts means amounts owing by way of trade credit in the ordinary course of trading as a result of goods or services supplied by a Group Company to a member of the Seller’s Group or vice versa and which are specifically identified on a schedule in Agreed Form prior to Completion; 88. Transaction has the meaning given in Recital (B);
Trade Debts means all trading debts existing between any member of the Vendors' Group and any Group Company incurred in the ordinary course of business.

More Definitions of Trade Debts

Trade Debts means all amounts owing to the Target Group by trade debtors in connection with the Brand Operations in respect of goods or services supplied by the Target Group (whether or not invoiced and whether or not due and payable at the relevant time);
