Tracts definition

Tracts. “Lots”, “Master Units” or words of similar import as defined in the Condominium Documents that relate to a physical portion of the property that is designated for separate ownership and occupancy pursuant to, and in accordance with, the Condominium Documents.
Tracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Tracts mean the tracts of land described in Exhibit “A” to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Tracts

Tracts means any delineated tract of the Neighborhood as shownon the Final Plat.
