Tracking Data definition

Tracking Data means (a) any information or data collected in relation to online, mobile or other electronic activities or communications that can reasonably be associated with a particular Person, user, computer, mobile or other device, or instance of any application or mobile application, (b) any information or data collected in relation to off-line activities or communications that can reasonably be associated with or that derives from a particular Person, user, computer, mobile or other device or instance of any application or mobile application, or (c) any device identification, device activity data or data collected from a networked physical object.
Tracking Data means information gathered or recorded by a tracking device;
Tracking Data means (A) any information or data collected in relation to on-line, mobile or other electronic activities or communications that can reasonably be associated with a particular Person, user, computer, mobile or other device, or instance of any application or mobile application, (B) any information or data collected in relation to off-line activities or communications that can reasonably be associated with or that derives from a particular Person, user, computer, mobile or other device or instance of any application or mobile application or (C) any device or network identifier (including IP address or MAC address), device activity data or data collected from a networked physical object

Examples of Tracking Data in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, this data does not include Eye Tracking Data.

More Definitions of Tracking Data

Tracking Data means (a) any information or data collected in relation to on-line, mobile or other electronic activities or communications that can reasonably be associated with a particular Person, user, computer, mobile or other device, or instance of any application or mobile application, (b) any information or data collected in relation to off-line activities or communications that can reasonably be associated with or that derives from a particular Person, user, computer, mobile or other device or instance of any application or mobile application or (c) any device or network identifier (including IP address or MAC address), device activity data or data collected from a networked physical object.
Tracking Data means information gathered or recorded by a
Tracking Data means parcel tracking-related information, data and other content that Service Provider uses, or otherwise requires, to provide the Services. For the avoidance of doubt, Tracking Data may be created by Service Provider or supplied by a third party.
Tracking Data has the meaning assigned to it in Section 2.10(a)(xix).

Tracking Data means performance and use data related to Ads, including instances in which an Ad is rendered for display within a given Publisher Property or clicked upon by end users, as well as data identifying the end user’s device, operating system on which the Publisher Properties was running, the wireless carrier providing service to such device, and the geographical location of the device.
Tracking Data means data that relates to the location of a transaction, individual or thing.
