Track record definition

Track record means having made, on average, at least one (1) investment in an Illinois company in each of its funds if the Illinois venture capital firm has multiple funds, or at least two (2) investments in Illinois companies if the Illinois venture capital firm has only one fund. The Treasurer’s Office is authorized to invest up to 15% of ILGIF assets in venture capital firms headquartered outside of Illinois, but with a “track record” of investing in Illinois companies.
