Town Property definition

Town Property means all information, records or materials, regardless of form, and including, but not limited to, any copyright, patent, industrial design process or trademark, acquired or produced under this Agreement by the Consultant, or provided by the Town for use by the Consultant;
Town Property means land or other property in which the Town of San Anselmo holds a present right of possession and control, plus all public rights of way, regardless of ownership.
Town Property means and includes all real property owned by the Town, including all property held in a proprietary capacity by the Town.

Examples of Town Property in a sentence

  • The Consultant shall unconditionally deliver any and all Town Property to the Town within 60 (sixty) days of the expiry or termination of this Agreement.

  • Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Licensee shall not erect, cause to be erected, or permit the erection of any sign, advertising object, or illustration upon the Encroachment placed or located on the Town Property pursuant to this Agreement and shall promptly remove any such sign or advertising.

  • Control over all Town Property rests solely with the Board of Trustees.

  • Nothing herein shall be used to determine the way in which the Town will chose to operate, maintain, or use the Town Property as a result of the Project, including the improvements as a result of the Project.

More Definitions of Town Property

Town Property means any real property owned or controlled by the Town, and includes, but is not limited to, Town Hall, Old Pelham Town Hall, the Meridian Community Centre, Fire Stations, Municipal Pool, Operations Centre, all local parks and playgrounds, but excludes properties and businesses operating in partnership with the Town.
Town Property means all lands and premises, whether or not a building is constructed thereon, which is owned, leased, licensed, managed or maintained by the Municipality but excludes Highways.
Town Property means roads, sidewalks, public parks, reserve parcels, and other areas that are owned by the Town or in the Town’s direction, control and management.

Town Property means Town government buildings, including but not limited to, the Civic Center Complex, the Police Operations Building, the Parks and Public Works Department offices, and the Town Library.
Town Property means items, services or resources which are the property of the Town including but not limited to: materials, equipment, facilities, technology, Town-developed computer programs of technological innovations, databases, intellectual property and supplies.
