Town Planner definition

Town Planner means a person holding a graduate or post-graduate degree in Urban and Regional Planning/Town and Country Planning with valid Associate Membership of the Institute of Town Planners, India;
Town Planner means the person appointed by Government as the Town Planner responsible for planning matters and in his absence, includes any person appointed by him;
