The Town Planner and/or Town Engineer, or his or her designee, may issue a Notice of Violation (NOV) when violations of Town, State, or Federal laws and/or regulations are observed.
If the Developer/Owner has not corrected the violation identified in the NOV, then the Developer/Owner agrees that the Town acting through the Town Planner and/or Town Engineer may perform the necessary work to eliminate the violation and document all expenses incurred in performing the work.
