Further, the Town and the Developer/Owner agree the duration of the reservation for the (1) one-year term and possible renewal, pursuant to the terms enumerated in Ordinance No. 2020-007 / Town Code 18-301 thru 18-307, shall toll and commence upon written notice to the Developer/Owner of the availability of such reserved wastewater capacity to the Developer/Owner.
