Tower Leases definition

Tower Leases means any contract, agreement or arrangement relating to the use by Seller of Towers or other transmission/reception equipment on the Tower Sites.
Tower Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 5.17.
Tower Leases means lease and/or sublease agreements by and between Seller and a third-party lessor or sublessor concerning locations used in connection with the Business as listed on Schedule 1.48 attached hereto.

More Definitions of Tower Leases

Tower Leases means the leases, licenses or other Contracts to which Company or one of its Subsidiaries is a party and pursuant to which a Person grants to the Company or one of its Subsidiaries a leasehold estate, leasehold interest or the right to use or occupy space on the towers located on Tower Sites.
Tower Leases means Contracts relating to the use by HITN transmission towers or other transmission equipment (and the embedded software and intellectual property rights incorporated therein) on the any real property used or occupied by HITN on which transmission towers used by HITN are located.
Tower Leases has the meaning set forth in Article XVI.
Tower Leases means the leases, licenses or other Contracts to which Seller is a party and which Seller grants a Person a leasehold estate, leasehold interest or the right to use or occupy space on the Tower Structures located on Tower Sites that are identified in Section 4.3(b) of the Disclosure Schedule (except for leases or other Contracts or rights with respect to Rejected Sites).
Tower Leases means (a) that certain lease between Borrower and Xxxx relative to the lease by Borrower of the tower or antenna, and related real property, at which Borrower transmits the broadcasting signals for its WWTC-AM, Communications System, (b) that certain lease between Group and Xxxx relative to the lease by Group of the tower or antenna, and related real property, at which Group transmits the broadcasting signals for its KYCR-AM Communications System, and (c) any and all other present or future leases between an Obligor and a third Person relative to the lease by such Obligor of a transmitting tower, antenna, or the real property on which either or both is situated.
Tower Leases means the Contracts relating to the use by Sellers or their Subsidiaries of Transmission Towers or other transmission equipment (and the embedded software and Intellectual Property rights incorporated therein) on the Tower Sites that are set forth on Schedule 5.07(a).
Tower Leases means any agreement to which an Acquired Company is a party pertaining to the use and/or installation of radio masts and/or towers used or useful by any of the Stations for telecommunications and broadcasting in connection with the operation of the Business, where the Acquired Company holds an interest as tenant or subtenant. For the avoidance of doubt, all such Tower Leases shall constitute “Real Property Leasesfor purposes of this Agreement.
