Total Shipments definition

Total Shipments means (i) for Uncommitted Shippers, the sum of all Uncommitted Shippers’ Actual Shipments during a month, and (ii) for Committed Shippers, the sum of the greater of all Committed Shippers’ Actual Shipments or Deemed Volume Commitments during a month.
Total Shipments means the volumes of Crude Oil that: (1) a Regular Shipper that is not a Committed Shipper has shipped and paid for or (2) a Regular Shipper that is a Committed Shipper has shipped and paid for or has made payments for failure to ship, in each instance during the Base Period; provided however, that for the 13 months preceding the In-Service Date a Committed Shipper will be deemed to have shipped its monthly volume commitment set forth in its Transportation Services Agreement.
Total Shipments means the sum Expansion Capacity Monthly Shipments during the entire Base Period, provided however, that during the first thirteen (13) months prior to the Expansion Project In-Service Date, a Shipper that has executed a Expansion Project TSA shall be deemed to have shipped Shipper’s volume commitment set forth in the Expansion Project TSA.

  • The percentage of Capacity to be allocated to each Regular Shipper will be calculated by dividing the sum of the Total Shipments of each Regular Shipper by the Total Throughput.

  • Each Regular Shipper shall be allocated an amount of System Capacity during the Proration Month that is equal to the lesser of (1) its Nomination, or (2) its percentage share of the System Capacity available to Regular Shippers, which percentage shall be calculated by comparing the greater of a Regular Shipper’s Deemed Volume Commitment (if applicable) or its Actual Shipments during the Base Period to the Total Shipments of all Regular Shippers during the Base Period.

More Definitions of Total Shipments

Total Shipments means the sum of the PRB Expansion Capacity Monthly Shipments during the entire Base Period, provided however, that during the first thirteen (13) months prior to the PRB Expansion Project in-service date, a Shipper that has executed a PRB Expansion Project T&D shall be deemed to have shipped the Shipper’s volume commitment, as set forth in the Shipper’s PRB Expansion Project T&D, during that month or as stated on a monthly basis.
Total Shipments means the greater of the volumes that a Regular Shipper has shipped or the volumes that a Regular Shipper has paid for during the Base Period.
Total Shipments means the volume that the applicable Committed Shipper, Regular Shipper or New Shipper has shipped on the Pipeline during each Month of the Base Period.
Total Shipments means the volumes that a Regular Shipper has shipped, including Extra Barrels (if applicable)[N] but excluding Flex Volumes, in the applicable segment during a Base Period, provided that for a Committed Shipper who is a Regular Shipper, payments made pursuant to a TDA shall be included. In the case where a Committed Shipper’s Committed Volume increases, such Committed Shipper’s Total Shipments shall be adjusted to equal twelve (12) times the increased Committed Volume. Any shipments of Petroleum by a Rate Incentive Asset Manager in its capacity as Asset Manager for a Rate Incentive Shipper shall be deemed shipments by such Asset Manager (and not by such Rate Incentive Shipper) for purposes of this definition.
Total Shipments means the volumes that a Regular Shipper has shipped in a segment during a Base Period, or that a Committed Shipper has shipped or made payments for pursuant to a TDA in a segment during a Base Period; provided, however, that in the case where a Committed Shipper’s Committed Volume increases, such
Total Shipments means the greater of the volumes that a Regular Shipper has shipped or the volumes that a Regular Shipper has paid for during the Base Period; provided however, that for the first thirteen (13) Months following the Service Commencement Date of the System, the Total Shipments for a Committed Shipper that has executed a TSA shall be calculated based on monthly volumes equaling the greater of (i) Committed Shipper’s Daily Minimum Volume Commitment under the TSA multiplied by the number of days in the Month, or (ii) the monthly volumes the Committed Shipper has shipped.
