Total Settlement Payment definition

Total Settlement Payment means the cash sum of $54,500,000.00, comprising the Class Action Settlement Payment and the Fraudulent Transfer Settlement Payment.
Total Settlement Payment means the total payment that the Defendants collectively are to make in accordance with Section 2(a) of this Agreement.
Total Settlement Payment means the sum of the COUNSEL SETTLEMENT AMOUNT, “PLAINTIFF SETTLEMENT AMOUNT,” and any other amounts that may be payable by NPS under separate agreement related to this ACTION.

More Definitions of Total Settlement Payment

Total Settlement Payment means the total amount Life Time will pay to settle the action, including all Settlement Costs, Cash Awards, and Membership Awards, as described in Section 4.02.
