Total Settlement Payment definition

Total Settlement Payment means the cash sum of $54,500,000.00, comprising the Class Action Settlement Payment and the Fraudulent Transfer Settlement Payment.
Total Settlement Payment means the amount of Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars ($700,000.00). This amount shall be the maximum that Comcast will pay pursuant to the Agreement and is inclusive of all payments necessary to implement this Agreement and dismiss the Litigation, including all attorneys’ fees and costs, third party administration costs, Named Plaintiff and Opt-In Deponent Enhancement Payments and the Plaintiff Payments. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company shall pay the employer’s portion of payroll taxes outside the Total Settlement Payment, as provided in Paragraph 4.6.

More Definitions of Total Settlement Payment

Total Settlement Payment means the total amount Life Time will pay to settle the action, including all Settlement Costs, Cash Awards, and Membership Awards, as described in Section 4.02.
