Total Redemption Price definition
Total Redemption Price. The amount equal to funds sufficient to pay all amounts and expenses described under clauses (1) through (4) and (10) of Section 11.1(a)(i) and to redeem all Notes at their applicable Redemption Prices.

If any single bid, or the aggregate amount of multiple bids, does not equal or exceed the Total Redemption Price, or if there is a failure to settle any sale of any Collateral Interest on or prior to the second Business Day prior to the related Auction Payment Date (a “Failed Auction”), then no such sale of any Collateral Interest will occur and no redemption of the Notes on the related Auction Payment Date will occur.
