Total Equity definition

Total Equity as of any date, means the total equity attributable to the Company’s shareholders on a consolidated basis determined in accordance with U.S. GAAP, as shown on the consolidated balance sheet of the Company for the most recent fiscal quarter.
Total Equity means the product of: (i) the sum of (A) the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock to be outstanding immediately following the IPO Closing (excluding the over-allotment option, if any) and (B) the aggregate number of OP Units to be outstanding immediately following the IPO Closing other than OP Units held by the Company times (ii) the IPO Price.
Total Equity means, with respect to any Person as of any date, such Person’s total equity as of such date, as shown on such Person’s consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with GAAP.

Total Equity means the aggregate of the current cash balance in your Account, taking into account all your current realised profits and losses, and your current unrealised profits and losses; TOTAL MARGIN REQUIREMENT means the sum of your Margin Requirements for all of your open Positions;
