Total Deposit means all deposits or prepayments made by SOLARFUN to HOKU hereunder including without limitation the Initial Deposit and the Main Deposit.

Examples of Total Deposit in a sentence

  • Seller’s right to retain the Total Deposit as liquidated damages as specified in the preceding sentence shall be the sole remedy available to Seller in the event of any default by Buyer hereunder.
