Total Debt Leverage Ratio definition

Total Debt Leverage Ratio means, for Credit Parties on a consolidated basis, at any date of determination, the ratio of (i) Total Debt outstanding on such date, to (ii) EBITDA for the applicable Test Period then ending taken as one accounting period.
Total Debt Leverage Ratio means, for any period, with respect to Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a Consolidated basis, the ratio of (a) the aggregate unpaid principal balance of all Indebtedness for borrowed money on the last day of such period to (b) Adjusted EBITDA for such period.
Total Debt Leverage Ratio means, at any time and determined on a consolidated basis, the ratio of Total Debt to EBITDA (determined with respect to the most recently-completed two financial quarters of the Parent Guarantor on an annualized basis).
