Current Ratio is defined as Borrower’s Total Current Assets divided by Borrower’s Total Current Liabilities.
Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Target shall not take any action after the date hereof, and has not taken any action, that could reasonably be expected to change the Total Current Assets or the Total Current Liabilities during the period from the Adjustment Time to the Effective Time.
