Total Completion definition

Total Completion has the meaning set out in Section 44.11;
Total Completion means that all of the following have been achieved:
Total Completion has the meaning given to it in the Construction Contract.

  • Except for Confidential Information that the Contracting Parties have identified in writing to Hospital as being commercially sensitive, in which case the obligations of Section 5.1 to Section 5.5 inclusive shall continue, the obligations in Section 5.1 to Section 5.5, inclusive, will cease on the date that is three (3) years after the Total Completion of the Project.

  • Changes: Indicate changes required to maintain Date of Substantial or Total Completion.

  • Contractor Delay means any delay in achieving Substantial Performance of the Work or Total Completion by the prescribed dates set out in paragraph 1.3 of Article A-1 of the Agreement – THE WORK other than as expressly permitted under GC 6.5 – DELAYS.


More Definitions of Total Completion

Total Completion means the time at which all Work is complete in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents;
Total Completion of the Work means when the entire Work, except those items arising from the provisions of Article X - Warranty, have been performed to the requirements of the Contract Documents and is so certified in writing by the Contract Administrator.
