Except as set forth on Schedule 4.16, to Sellers’ Knowledge, Sellers maintain good relations with each of the Top Customers and, to Sellers’ Knowledge, no event has occurred that would have a Seller Material Adverse Effect on any Seller’s relations with any such Top Customer.
