Tokens definition

Tokens means the serialized proof of purchase of a Cloud Plan that is used by CPI in connection with enabling Services and/or provisioning Charging Stations.
Tokens means the total number of units purchased and redeemable for Directed Threat Research reports.
Tokens means the token that the Company intends to vest with the Purchaser during a Token Generation Event.

  • Within three (3) Business Days of the end of each six-calendar-month period (as applicable, each, a “Crypto Interest Payment Date”), the Company shall pay any outstanding accrued Crypto Interest Amount as of such applicable Crypto Interest Payment Date to the Holder in cash or BTC (as defined in the Security Agreement) to the wallet address provided by the Holder and the Holder shall be entitled to 50% of the Crypto Rewards earned by the Company in respect of the Purchased Tokens.

  • This Debenture shall accrue staking interest at any time the Company, directly or indirectly, is entitled to Crypto Rewards with respect to Purchased Tokens (the “Crypto Interest”, and such aggregate amount accrued and unpaid to the Holder from time to time, each a “Crypto Interest Amount”).


More Definitions of Tokens

Tokens shall have the meaning provided in the opening paragraph of this document. For the avoidance of doubt, the meaning shall be inclusive of the singular form, “Token.”
