Provide the names and titles of all key management personnel who will be involved with supervising the services rendered under this TOA.
In no event shall any invoice be submitted later than 60 calendar days from the TOA termination date.
On a monthly basis, even if there is zero work effort performed or zero invoicing, the Master Contractor will give status reports for the prior month’s activity per the TOA requirements until final deliverables and invoicing have been accepted and reported.
