TMR definition

TMR means (i) in respect of an Affected Non-Porting Client Account, the total margin requirement as determined by the Clearing House for such Affected Non-Porting Client Account, or (ii) in respect of a DMA, the total margin requirement as determined by the Clearing House for such DMA, in each case excluding: (x) variation margin; (y) Stress Loss Margin as defined in Section 1.9.7 above; and (z) counterparty risk multiplier margin as described in Section 1.9.2 above.
TMR means (i) in respect of an Affected Non-Porting Client Account, the total margin requirement as determined by the Clearing House for such Affected Non-Porting Client Account, or (ii) in respect of a DMA, the total margin requirement as determined by the Clearing House for such DMA, in each case, excluding variation margin.

Examples of TMR in a sentence

  • Licensee's obligation to make the above TMR Payments on the basis set forth herein shall survive any termination of this Agreement by WB, any sale or transfer of any Station assets and/or any ownership interest in the Station and shall remain binding on any successor Station owner, which successor remains an affiliate and is approved by WB in its discretion as otherwise set forth in the Agreement.

  • The TMR Amount for each Contract Year shall be payable by Licensee to WB within 15 days following WB's delivery to Licensee of an invoice for the TMR Amount, which invoice shall be delivered by WB not earlier than the release by NSI or any successor ratings index of the ratings for the fourth and final sweeps period of such Contract Year.

TMR shall have the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
