TMO definition

TMO in its name by no later than December 31, 2001.
TMO means the Traffic Management Organization, an autonomous organization established by virtue of Decree No. 4082 dated October 14, 2000 to perform the functions of: (i) on-street parking regulation and management in coordination with the competent authorities; (ii) traffic surveillance, control and enforcement support; (iii) traffic operations planning; (iv) traffic engineering research; and (v) traveler information and public awareness.
