TLO shall identify in such Force Majeure Notice the approximate length of time that TLO reasonably believes in good faith such Force Majeure shall continue (the “Force Majeure Period”).
Such insurance shall provide coverage to TLO and such policies, other than Worker’s Compensation Insurance, shall include TLO as an Additional Insured.
Certificates providing evidence of renewal of coverage shall be furnished to TLO prior to policy expiration.
