TLO definition

TLO has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

TLO and “SNO” each have the meanings provided in clause (i) of this definition, and “TRLC” has the meaning provided in clause (ii) of the definition “Note Facility Mandatory Prepayment Amount” above.

TLO means Tesoro Logistics Operations LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

Examples of TLO in a sentence

• TLO shall identify in such Force Majeure Notice the approximate length of time that TLO reasonably believes in good faith such Force Majeure shall continue (the “Force Majeure Period”).

• Such insurance shall provide coverage to TLO and such policies, other than Worker’s Compensation Insurance, shall include TLO as an Additional Insured.
