Without limiting the foregoing, no Additional Titled Agent shall have nor be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any Lender or the LC Issuer, and each Lender and the LC Issuer acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Additional Titled Agents in deciding to enter into this Agreement or any other Loan Document or in taking or not taking any action hereunder or thereunder.
