Title IV Plans definition

Title IV Plans means all Pension Plans that are subject to Title IV of ERISA, 29 U.S.C. Section 1301 et seq., other than Multi-Employer Plans.

Title IV Plans. No Plan is a "single employer plan" within the meaning of Section 4001(a)(15) of ERISA or a "multiemployer plan" within the meaning of Section 3(37) or Section 4001(a)(3) of ERISA. Neither the Company, any Subsidiary of the Company nor any ERISA Affiliate has ever maintained or had an obligation to contribute to a "single employer plan" within the meaning of Section 4001(a)(15) of ERISA or a "multiemployer plan" within the meaning of Section 3(37) or Section 4001(a)(3) of ERISA. "ERISA AFFILIATE" means any trade or business (whether or not incorporated) that is or was a member of a group of which the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company is or was a member and which is or was under common control with the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company within the meaning of Section 414 (b) or (c) of the Code or that would be treated as a single employer with the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company under Section 4001(a)(14) or Section 4001(b) of ERISA.

Title IV Plans means all “employee pension plans,” as defined in Section 3(2) of ERISA, subject to Title IV of ERISA or Section 412 of the Code, maintained by Seller or to which Seller or its Affiliates contributes or has contributed (and continues to have Liability), in each case on behalf of current or former employees of the Business.

Title IV Plans means all Pension Plans that are subject to Title IV of EXXXX, 00 X.X.X. §0000 et seq., other than Multi-Employer Plans.

Title IV Plans as defined in Section 3.11(d).
