Title Agent definition

Title Agent means a title insurance company or title agent selected by the Recipient and approved by the OPWC, which Title Agent shall be duly licensed and in good standing under the laws of the State.
Title Agent means Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company.
Title Agent means a title insurance producer licensed as an organization under Title 31A, Chapter 23a, Part 2, Producers and Consultants.
