Time Vesting definition

Time Vesting means any conditions relating to the passage of time or continued service with the Corporation or Subsidiary of the Corporation for a period of time in respect of a Grant, as may be determined by the Board.
Time Vesting means any conditions relating to continued service with the Company or a MAG Entity for a period of time in respect of the Vesting of Share Units determined by the Committee.

Examples of Time Vesting in a sentence

  • All Time Vesting Units, not previously forfeited, (subject to Section 4(a)), will vest upon the consummation of a Change of Control.
