Ticketmaster means defendant Ticketmaster Entertainment, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its headquarters in West Hollywood, California, its successors and assigns, and its subsidiaries (whether partially or wholly owned), divisions, groups, affiliates, partnerships, and joint ventures, and their directors, officers, managers, agents, and employees.
Ticketmaster means Ticketmaster Sport Limited, a third party service provider engaged to provide, operate and maintain the RWC ticketing sales system via the Ticket Website (including any Application Process) and certain of the RWC customer service requirements and Ticket Offices;
