Each Related Refinery Owner will use its commercially reasonable efforts to mitigate any reduction in revenues or throughput obligations under the Master Throughput Agreement or Master Tolling Agreements, as applicable, that would result from such a shut down or reconfiguration.
The terms and conditions of this Article 11 shall survive the termination or expiration of this Lease or the Master Throughput Agreement or the Master Tolling Agreements, as applicable, with respect to the Related Refinery Owner and the Relevant Asset Owner.
