Threshold Limit definition

Threshold Limit means the value of the securities traded, whether in one transaction or a series of transactions over any calendar quarter, aggregating to a traded value of ten lakh rupees.
Threshold Limit means the limit for Trading in Securities of the Company in any calendar quarter, as decided by the Board of Directors of the Company from time to time. For the time being, the Threshold Limit for Trading in Securities of the Company in a calendar quarter is Rs. 10 lakhs.
