Threshold Conditions definition

Threshold Conditions means the conditions set forth in Annex I.
Threshold Conditions means the conditions set out in Schedule 6 to the Act for which the Authority is responsible; and
Threshold Conditions means the conditions listed on Exhibit D, which Exhibit D may be amended, modified or supplemented by the Issuer upon receipt of the prior written consent of the Note Rating Agencies.

More Definitions of Threshold Conditions

Threshold Conditions means the threshold conditions set out in Part 1B of Schedule 6 to the Act;
