Third Party Systems definition

Third Party Systems means Systems (or any parts thereof) in which the Intellectual Property Rights are owned by a third party and to which IA has been granted a license to use and which are used in the provision of Services.
Third Party Systems means any Systems in which the Intellectual Property is owned by a third party which Client, or any Client Affiliate has been granted a licence to use and which are required to be used by Exult Supplier to provide the Services as identified in Schedule F (Systems);
