Third Party Systems definition

Third Party Systems means Systems (or any parts thereof) in which the Intellectual Property Rights are owned by a third party and to which IA has been granted a license to use and which are used in the provision of Services.
Third Party Systems means any Systems in which the Intellectual Property is owned by a third party which Client, or any Client Affiliate has been granted a licence to use and which are required to be used by Exult Supplier to provide the Services as identified in Schedule F (Systems);

Third Party Systems means, online services utilised by Authorised Users to signpost users to the Licensed Materials for example, Google Scholar, PubMed, library management systems, reference management software, point of care and decision support tools, Resource Discovery Systems;
