Third-Party Representatives definition

Third-Party Representatives or “Representatives” means those agents acting on behalf of ESEs that are contractors or subcontractors and that store, transmit or process Confidential Customer Utility Information. For the avoidance of doubt, Third-Party Representatives do not include ESEs and their members, directors, officers or employees who need to know Confidential Customer Utility Information for the purposes of providing Services.
Third-Party Representatives or “Representatives” means those agents of Third Party that are Electronic Data Interchange vendors, contractors or subcontractors.
