Third-Party Originator definition

Third-Party Originator. Each Person, other than a Qualified Correspondent, that originated Mortgage Loans acquired by the Seller.
Third-Party Originator means any Person other than an employee of Seller or an Approved Correspondent who solicits, procures, packages, processes or performs any other Origination function with respect to a Mortgage Loan.
Third-Party Originator means any residential mortgage loan originator authorized by Licensee to access Licensee’s product information in order to perform electronic loan submissions and otherwise communicate with Licensee and perform other related functions in conjunction with the origination of residential mortgage loans via the Licensed Application.
