Third Party Offerings definition
Third Party Offerings means third-party services, software, products, and other offerings that are not incorporated into the Services.
Third Party Offerings means hardware, software, products, services, subscriptions, solutions or any other offerings that are not Supplier-branded.
Third Party Offerings means services delivered or performed by third parties independently of Rubicon related to the Subscribed Services, or other online, web-based CRM, ERP, or other business application subscription services, and any associated offline products provided by third parties, that interoperate with the Subscribed Services.

The Recipient acknowledges and agrees that the Services are dependent upon and provided by the Provider through the use and operation of certain products, services, platforms, and offerings provided by third party vendors (“Third Party Offerings”) and that access to and use of such Third Party Offerings is provided by such third party vendors subject to and conditioned upon agreement to certain specified end user terms and conditions (“Third Party Terms”).
The Provider will provide the Recipient with copies of all applicable Third Party Terms in advance of providing any Services to the Recipient involving access to or use of any such Third Party Offerings.

Third Party Offerings means software or services delivered or performed by third parties that are required for the operation of the Services or Tabulera Portal.
