Third Party Goods definition

Third Party Goods means all raw materials, work-in-process and finished goods owned by Persons other than the Borrower and in Borrower’s possession.
Third Party Goods means all Goods and services manufactured or provided by persons or entities other than the Designer;

Examples of Third Party Goods in a sentence

  • Borrower shall take such action as Lender may from time to time require to assure Lender that no Person storing any Third Party Goods with Borrower has any interest in the Negative Pledge Assets.

More Definitions of Third Party Goods

Third Party Goods means a product (including batteries) or item of equipment manufactured by a third party which is supplied with, or fitted to, a Product.
