Examples of Third Party Event in a sentence

  • The condition precedent set out in paragraph B(vii) above, shall, with regard to any non-fulfilment of such condition precedent which results solely from a Third Party Event, be subject to a grace period of one hundred twenty (120) days and, in any other circumstances, sixty (60) days, but in either case commencing on the Scheduled Delivery Date.

  • For third party events, Club shall pay 1.25% of any revenues actually received by Club from the Third Party Event.

  • All social media content related to the Third Party Event must not violate any of Sunbeam Centre’s values.
