Third Party Employees definition

Third Party Employees means all those employees, if any, assigned by a Third Party to the provision of a service that is fundamentally the same as the Services immediately before the Transfer Date;
Third Party Employees means the employees of any third party employer contracted to provide services to the Authority the same as or similar to any of the Services who immediately before any relevant transfer of those services (within the meaning of the Transfer Regulations) to the Contractor or any Sub-Contractor is employed or engaged to carry out those services;

Third Party Employees means any current or former employee of a Third Party, including any retirees or surviving spouses of retirees of the Third Party, who participate in the RHBP;
