SAP makes no representations or warranties as to the Third-Party Database or its operation.
As used herein, Combination Use means Use of the SAP Software in conjunction with any of the following: (i) any software other than the SAP Software or (ii) any apparatus other than a Designated Unit (each individual computer in which the Software and Third-Party Database are installed), unless such Use is prescribed in the Documentation.
