Third Party Component definition

Third Party Component means any computer program, product, service and/or content, including any complete or partial copies thereof, developed or provided by a Third Party and incorporated into the Services.
Third Party Component means software components including but not limited to Open Source Software, embedded in or accompanying the Software and provided under separate license terms. “Software” is a Visual Components product or any part of it within the Visual Components product family as listed on Your order from VISUAL, including end-user documentation, other accompanying documentation, add-ons, extensions, libraries, fixes, plug-ins and other related materials and to any and all copies, updates, modifications, functionally-equivalent derivatives, documentation or any parts or portions thereof.
Third Party Component means any run time or other elements owned or licensed to Licensor by a third party (other than open source code or elements) which may be embedded in the Licensed Software.

More Definitions of Third Party Component

Third Party Component has the meaning given in Clause 3.1(b);

The license time starts after 30 days of delivery of the Software or Software license key.
Third Party Component means Components provided by third parties for use in the applicable Service.
Third Party Component means any third party software product or service provided by Cegid to the Client with the Cegid Software Package (embedded or not) or services or any open source or other publicly available software or component, other than Third Party Software. THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE means the software products the Order identifies as such (not including any Cegid Software Package and Third Party Component) developed by a third party and for which Cegid has been granted with the right to distribute it to its own customers. Third Party Software may include, without limitation, an operating system, backup, and database management software, antivirus software and office or technical applications.
