Third Party Collateral definition

Third Party Collateral means any property of any Person other than Borrower which secures payment or performance of any Liabilities.
Third Party Collateral has the meaning set forth in Section 2.18(c)(iii).
Third Party Collateral means any Property or assets of any Obligor other than the Borrower which now or at any time hereafter secure the payment or performance of any of the Borrower's Obligations. Total Revolving Credit Commitment shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.1.

Third Party Collateral means collateral deposited by the Issuer with a third party as security for any reimbursement or indemnification obligations to any other lender under a Senior Loan, Second Lien Loan or Mezzanine Obligation and unless otherwise specified in relation thereto, the amount of such collateral shall be equal to the notional amount of such Senior Loan, Second Lien Loan or Mezzanine Obligation.
