Third Lien Documents means the Convertible Third Lien Notes, the Third Lien Note Purchase Agreement and all other “Credit Documents” as defined in the Third Lien Note Purchase Agreement.

Third Lien Documents means, collectively, the Note Documents, any other agreement pursuant to which any Third Lien Debt is Incurred and the Third Lien Security Documents.

Third Lien Documents means the Third Lien Collateral Documents, and the letter agreements evidencing the Extended Prepetition Debt entered into by the Borrower and the holder of such Extended Prepetition Debt.

Third Lien Documents means, collectively, the Third Lien Indenture, the Third Lien Notes and the Third Lien Security Documents (other than any security documents that do not secure Third Lien Obligations).
