Third Lien Collateral Agent definition

Third Lien Collateral Agent means any Person acting in such capacity as collateral agent under any Third Lien Credit Agreement and its successors and assigns in such capacity.

Third Lien Collateral Agent shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

Third Lien Collateral Agent has the meaning specified in the Intercreditor Agreement.

More Definitions of Third Lien Collateral Agent

Third Lien Collateral Agent means from and after the date of execution and delivery of the Initial Third Lien Debt Facility, the agent, collateral agent, trustee or other representative of the lenders or other holders of the indebtedness and other obligations evidence thereunder or governed thereby, in each case, together with its successors in such capacity.
