Third Installment definition

Third Installment means up to $352 million of the Xcel Contribution.
Third Installment means the amount to be paid at the Third Installment Payment Date as determined by Section 2.02(d).
Third Installment shall have the meaning given in Section 2.02(a)(iii).

Examples of Third Installment in a sentence

  • The account shall be fully funded (less the amount of the Fourth Installment) not later than the making of the Third Installment.

  • In the event of any shortfall in the funding of such account at the time of the Third Installment, the General Partner shall provide such funds to the Partnership as shall be necessary to eliminate such shortfall in the form of a loan to the Partnership (the "Tenant Transition Fund Loan").

  • In the event that the account is not fully funded as of the making of the Third Installment, the Fourth Installment shall be used to fund the balance of the account and the Investment Partnership shall directly fund its Fourth Installment into such account.

  • Accordingly, the entire withdrawn and outstanding Third Installment Loan principal balance and all accrued but unpaid interest hereunder, shall be repaid by the Term Loan Maturity Date.

  • Proceeds of the Third Installment Loan shall be deposited into a Deposit Account of Borrower.
