It is the intention of THI, the EMPLOYER and the EXECUTIVE that if any provision of this Agreement is susceptible of two or more constructions, one of which would render the provision enforceable and other or others of which would render the provision unenforceable, then the provision shall have the meaning which renders it enforceable.
Certain subsidiaries of THI, including the EMPLOYER, are engaged in the business of owning, operating and franchising ▇▇▇ Hortons retail outlets and carrying on ancillary activities incident thereto (the “Business”).
