the Surveyor definition

the Surveyor means any person or firm appointed by the Landlord in his place. The Surveyor may be an employee of the Landlord or a company that is a member of the same group as the Landlord within the meaning of the 1954 Act section 42. The expression the Surveyor includes the person or firm appointed by the Landlord to collect the Xxxxx Xxxxx.
